Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is entered into as of the 30th day of April 2024, by and between Chrisdsn, a solo, one-man agency specializing in bespoke web design and development services, operating under the jurisdiction of New Mexico, USA (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency"), and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Clients"). This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions governing the provision of design and development services, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and mutual understanding between the parties.

Definitions

1. "Chrisdsn" refers to the solo agency owned and operated by CHRISDSN LLC, specializing in designing and developing websites, web applications, and other digital products tailored to client needs.
2. "Clients" refer to individuals, businesses, or entities engaging Chrisdsn for its design and development services.
3. "Services" encompass web design, design systems, and progressive web app (PWA) development, as outlined in the Agency's service offerings.
4. "Partner Plan" refers to the monthly subscription plan priced at $3095, designed for long-term collaboration over 1–3 months.
5. "Sprint Plan" refers to the monthly subscription plan priced at $995, tailored for short-term projects or quick iterations.
6. "Vision Builder" refers to a custom-quoted service for scoped, one-off projects requiring expert execution.
7. "Tools" include Figma for design, Bubble for development, and Framer for landing page creation, as utilized by the Agency.
8. "Onboarding Process" refers to the structured steps taken to initiate a client relationship, including communication setup via Slack or Telegram and project management through Trello.
9. "Personal Information" refers to data collected from Clients, including full name, email address, and full address, for purposes such as communication, invoicing, and product customization.
10. "Third Parties" refer to external entities, such as Stripe and Mercury, with whom specific client information is shared for payment processing and invoice generation.
